"Terrible customer service. I had to come back here after my order was made incorrectly. When I got to the window the man (Apparently a manager) who made the sandwich came and asked to see it. He then proceeded to pick through it bare-handed with a bite taken out of it. He told me I was lying about my sandwich having onions (It had onions) while ignoring the fact that it was a single rather than the double I ordered. I also asked for new fries as some of them were for my daughter and they'd now be cold. He told me that he could not give me a new fry because I had eaten half of them already. He came back with a new sandwich, no fry, and a bad attitude. I called and asked for a refund on my order as I was not going to eat this because I did not trust the person who made it. They told me I would have to come back with my card, for a 3RD TIME. To receive a PARTIAL refund for an order I ate less than 50% of."

"Don't order the steak bagel in Oconomowoc! The bagel must have been from six months ago or something, I couldn't even bite into it. Was just able to eat the fillings of the sandwich and not the bagel. Won't make that mistake again."

"Bring your own Ketchup: To be fair, it was lunch rush. The bad: trash cans were overflowing, food was strewn on the floors, windows were covered in greasy handprints. When the trash was changed, the cans were taken away for more than 15 minutes, so customers were not able to throw away their garbage, adding to the mess. The sanitatizer dispensers and wipe dispenser were both empty, and the second self order kiosk was out of receipt paper. The ugly: 1) our dine-in order got "misplaced" and after waiting 23 minutes I had to get an employee's attention to get out food this was after noticing that numerous people whobhad ordered after us had received their meals. I EVENTUALLY found our food, ice cold on an unoccupied table 2) the ketchup dispensers were empty, but still sprayed out explosions of compressed air with a dusting of ketchup, covering my hands and shirt in fine mist of nastiness. They were never placed out of order or refilled while we were there. The good: After the manager was made aware of my order, he apologized, prioritized getting it remade fresh, personally served us himself, followed-up and pprovided a voucher for a free meal. He really handled it exceptionally well and deserves recognition. Additionally, overall the staff was very coureous and swift."

"Worst place ever! General manager white short bald ugly man treated me and my dance team horrible! Pretty sure it was the color of my skin, due to the fact that my amazing coworker who is white spoke to him and he was a completely different person with her! Horrible place he needs to get fired!"

"Place is terrible. Ordered an online order before work on the app thinking I would check in and the food would be right out. No a half hour later after placing the order and 15 minutes in the pickup spot still no food. Didn't have time to go in and argue otherwise I would be late. At some point online orders need to take top priority over the drive through especially when I ordered 30+ minutes prior absolutely poor service."
