"10 days and counting for a bill payment to be received! In a pre-addressed envelope with bar code no less. This is not our first issue with this post office losing or delaying delivery of a letter. There are some real problems at the PO here. When I called to check into the latest issue with the service provider, they advised my call was not the first inquiry they received specific to mailing from the Dubuque Post Office."

"I called the office and asked the lady about my mail cause I wasn't receiving mail for about a week. They were very helpful and talked to the carrier and turns out that since a couple of roommates I lived with moved out recently and just got to start forwarding their mail, The carrier thought that the residence was vacant. So I cleared the confusion and now my mail is being delivered again along with the mail that was held. I couldn't be happier to have a awesome mail carrier and piece of mind that I will always get everything I'm supposed to receive. 5 stars!"
