"Extremely conflicted about this review. Overall Orange Theory is a great workout. My issue and what ruins it for me is the horrific levels of bureaucracy. There is ZERO level of customer service. The employees (most of whom are very nice people) are far more concerned with following corporate protocol rather than doing anything that would conform to the customer's needs. A great example is not allowing you to switch to an earlier/later class even though both classes have empty spots open."

"I’ve been to lots of orange theories across the country, and my OG OTF studio is still my favorite! The coaches are very encouraging to make sure you get your best workout, if you ask for help with your form, they’re more than willing to make sure you’re doing the workout correctly, and they always have a great playlist to keep the morale up in class! I always look forward to my OTF workouts and it’s great being back in Madison for the summer to keep up with my fitness goals."
