"I was not told I had to pay on delivery when they have taken care of it for three years no 1 checked my tank I ran out and it's 15 below zero. Also I have disabled child here while I ran out of propane now I have no heat. For 36hrs now. This has to be against some law for disabled who live in the home of service. Someone should have told me I was now responsible for checking tank after three years. No current bill due. Awaiting fill in the cold with payment in hand."
