"Nice store ,clean Quiet close at 10:00 at night"
"The two employees that made our pizza did an AWESOME job!!! Fast, Hot and very, very good. Thank you"
"Horrible customer service. Man accidentally told cashier my pump and I prepaid at pump. Young boy and manager had no idea how to fix it or give gentleman his money back. Nor were either helpful or the least bit courteous. I solved situation by going to ATM, paying $3 service fee and refunding him. Used to be a great Casey's but these stores are dependent on excellent customer service. Send all the employees to Kwikstar for training"
"This will be the fifth time in 2 weeks I want to this location to find a line all the way back and down the beer aisle. Today a customer asked an employee if there were any more checkers. The employee responded there's only five people working the whole store. I've never run a Casey's before, but I would have to believe you could have one person go away from what they were doing and help check people out for 10 minutes here and there."
"My car got a flat tire last week and we had to park it at this gas station. At first the lady behind the counter seemed wonderful letting us wait inside for a ride. I had to leave my keys with her so that the tow company could pick up my car and I could still make it to classes (nursing program where we get points removed if we miss a day) and she was kind enough to offer to watch my car for me until the tow picked it up. Well that’s where the good part ends. When I picked up my car that evening my CDs had been gone through and one was missing and my $35 water bottle was stole. My back seats were gone through as well. The old man who picked up my car doesn’t really car for pink water bottles and Reba. So thanks Casey’s employee for steal on one of the most aggravating days ever."
