"I’ve been driving truck for more than 12 years; local, regional, and OTR. Simon’s is the best truck company I’ve ever been associated with. It is a family atmosphere that respects and values its employees. I currently live in Dubuque, IA, less than 30 miles form Farley, where they are located. Dispatch involves the driver in Load/scheduling decisions. I leave my truck at the yard and it is washed and serviced when I return. I am home whenever I want to be, including every weekend (whole weekend not just a 34) unless I volunteer otherwise. I’m even home during the week occasionally. Unless I move out of the area or receive a local (home everyday) job offer too good to turn down, I don’t see myself ever driving for another company."
