"The florist at the Elkader Floral Shop is very knowledgeable about the arrangements and extremely creative when it comes to custom flower arrangements. They were able to deliver the arrangements if I needed it. Great option for sending flowers to a hospital, funeral home, or just a birthday celebration! We picked up our holiday arrangement in the store. And they had a ton of home decor and fun gifts. Ended up buying a few holiday gifts. She was very flexible to either accept ideas and also to suggest great arrangement thoughts on both the flowers and the style. Will definitely be returning!"

"Be very careful ordering from their website. Even though they advertised a dozen roses with the arrangement I ordered, they only sent nine. They said since it was a holiday they charge more for roses, and were unwilling to do anything to correct the situation. I feel like they need to adjust their advertising or leave the flower count out completely if they're going to subtract simply because it's a special occasion."
