"I tried a barre class at dragonfly years back and hated it. It was just hard and not fun. Then a friend convinced me to try barre3. I thought I was going to hate it too, but I didn't. The class was fun and it barely felt like I was getting a workout, it was just fun movement! But then the next day I could tell it was a VERY good workout! I love that it doesn't feel like a chore when I'm doing it but I can still feel that it's a a good workout. Signature classes are my favorite."
