"Great facility, culture, and coaches. Instruction of BJJ is phenomenal. Individual concepts are presented in class ending with a flow drill allowing students the opportunity to further practice and understand positioning. Very happy to have the opportunity to call Twisted fitness home. My only complaint is I didn’t find Alliance sooner. One simply cannot walk into this facility without wanting to be apart of it. Simply breath taking."

They treat everyone equally, whether they are a high level competitor (of which they have many, check their resume!) Or just a guy like me who loves to train. The level of respect the teammates have for each other is apparent from the first time you set foot on the mats. Facility is beautiful and clean!!!
