"My daughter was seen by her a few years ago. During that time, she had developmental delay and speech delay and I told her that it is our biggest concern for her. She did not show any concerns for my daughter but suggest us to see help me grow because I asked for some resources. After the visit, I had to call back to the clinic to get a referral from her to see a behavioral health care. Since it was the pandemic, we had to wait almost a year for her to be seen. I was upset about it and had to reschedule to see another provider within healthpartners for her concerns. And this new doctor she started seeing, show that she's concerned and gave us lots of support. She immediately referred my daughter to Fraser to be evaluated. I am thankful for that new doctor and I will never bring my kids to see Dr. Placzek again."
