"So far so good, the receptionist wasn't overly friendly, we'll seen how everything else goes. When I walk in to a place like this, I expect to be greeted in a friendly manner, my wife is apprehensive already, and it would have been nice to be greeted in a more caring and friendly way. I probably have expected way to much, people who are in this position should feel a little more comfortable about this. Just now I hear a nurse call another patient and she was so friendly and helpful, that is what is expected. I think my wife will have a good experience, with the exception of the receptionist."
"Sitting in the waiting room on floor 3 while my sister is in surgery, your front desk employees are obnoxiously loud and are having some kind of reunion with their former IT person. This behavior is very inappropriate for a hospital waiting room with concerned family members waiting for important news. We shouldn't have to ask them to lower their voices out of respect. PLEASE do better"
