"I was not using the service. I was driving north on hwy 43 by E. Mason around 10:25am. I was driving a large loaded dump truck I was going about 73 mph and started to gain on one of your handicap vehicles clearly going well under 65 mph. I changed lanes to go around it and as I was starting to pass the vehicle, the driver decided to pickup up speed to in excise of 85 mph and continued to pull a way from me. Whomever was driving had a passenger and they were driving at dangerously slow speed to at least 15 mph over the posted speed limit causing a dangerous situation for everyone on the road. The vehicle #105 if your driver's can't drive the speed limit or even keep a steady speed get off the highway they are a hazard on the road and to the customer riding. If they need to get somewhere that fast call an ambulance ."
