"I had a delivery planned from furniture row for an office desk. I was told it would be delivered the week of 9/18. I planned my work travel to be home this week for delivery and will be out of town the next 3 weeks. I never heard from anyone so called myself today. Furniture row said they faxed it to Service Delivery on 9/14. I called them today and was met with a rude unwilling employee. He said it will be next week. I explained that I will be gone. Did not care or try to help. So much for putting the Service in service delivery. I am now trying to find a rental truck and will figure out how to get it myself. Thanks for the Service."

"Delivery people damaged dry wall when trying to get a box spring up/down the stairs. It has been almost two months and issue has not been resolved. I have tried several phone calls, a snail mail letter and finally e-mail. I have had spotty calls returned but they do not want to take action."
