I booked a shipment coming out of Pennsylvania on one day, and in the morning 3 days later I got a call from XPO thinking there's a problem with pickup, only to be told that my two pallets were already in Green Bay, ready for pick up. Amazing. And, as an added bonus, the folks at this terminal are awesome!"

"Customer support is terrible. The customer support line cannot communicate with drivers. The website tracker does not update you on delivery. They do not meet the delivery windows they set the day before that are 3 hours long (missed by 3.5 hours). The drivers do not call the customers 30 minutes before hand. The online chat feature does not allow you to chat with anyone. When you tell the customer support team all this they tell you there’s nothing they can do about it. Ship with anyone else first"

"The delivery men were very helpful when checking receiving list. No damage to boxes. They called 30 minutes before arrival, and confirmed delivery several hours before by calling and speaking to me. The company system auto texts messages when loading the order in the truck which led to confusion about delivery day. Call the number and speak with someone to clarify the actual delivery date --but XPO needs to fix that."

"If I could leave less than a one star rating I would. I will honestly never order something from a company that uses them for delivery again. Each time I have ordered something from them it has been delayed. I ordered a Peloton back in November for an arrival of December 22nd. I took the day off work to wait for the arrival after receiving confirmation it would be arriving on that day between 2 and 5 p.m. It never showed up and I never received any kind of update as to why. I called four times, sitting on hold for 15 minutes each (even though it said there were 0 people in the que ahead of me). When I finally got through to someone, they said the soonest my order could arrive was March 30th. The soonest. And that there was no guarantee this would happen because a delay could occur again. I have never been more frustrated with a delivery service in my life. My frustration could have been minimized had I have received any kind of decent customer service at all. No update, no information, and no contact of any kind, just me trying to track someone down."
