"I have witnessed one of their drivers cut a motorist off the on ramp to HWY 43 near Grafton WI, this afternoon. After that, he was slower than all of the traffic around him, traveling a lot slower than the posted speed limit. He was decelerating while switching to the fast lane in front of my vehicle without the use of his blinker. After he almost made my vehicle rear end him, I managed to get next to him to tell him, he was using his cell phone. His left arm was covering the window so he did not even see me trying to get his attention. Either myself or the driver of my vehicle at the time will be contacting this company. The licence plate of the driver is PWE 6794. White cab semi."
