"Had to give them at least one star to write the review. I called this morning to inquire about a quote for my move. The man informed me that someone would have to come out to the house to give a quote. I informed the man that the website was false advertisement because it states to enter your information and the next page would give me a quote however the next page told me that I'll be contacted shortly by a representative(which is what made me call the customer service for further assistance). The man then stated ma'am not here to argue with you either you want the estimate or not. I then told him that it was clear that the reviews online about them being rude and disrespectful was correct. Therefore, I will look elsewhere. Then the man said thank you. Long story short I will not be using Mayflower for my move. I will instead be using Uhaul UBoxes!!"
