"Deliver driver was rude, and refused to help put the delivered item inside stating "my job is to only deliver the item." My husband helped him do his goddam "job" and he did not say a word then. Avoid them like the plague! I will still call to make a complaint not only to them, even though it seems stupid to do it since someone else seems to have had a bad experience with customer service. But I will also call the shipping company to not use these people since they are incredibly rude. Not only that but they allow for others to do their job for them with no training. Opening yourself up to a law suit. Clean your act up!"
"I have been trying to ship a core transmission back to the builder for 5 weeks now. Called the offices multiple times to only be transferred around to people who " can't help you". Would not recommend them ever."
"Beware! Delivery driver John did not call ahead and then was incredibly rude, unprofessional, unpleasant and uncomfortable during delivery. Jack with their customer service was not sympathetic or willing to help resolve my issue. Very unimpressed with entire team at Milwaukee location. Do not use if you have an option!!"
