"What in the heck is up with this location not answering their phone? This is ridiculous & I'm about to report them. For two days now I've been calling trying to get info about their gluten free products and how does curbside work. Wow! So unprofessional."
"They do not answer the phone, I've spent so much of my life on phone calls that go nowhere trying to provide updates to an order before they drove out in a snowstorm, trying to get an explanation for why my order was cancelled, and trying to place orders! It truly is some of the worst customer service I've had, I am genuinely astonished that the employees are capable of making a good pizza when they are so clearly against doing their job."
"Pretty surprised at how GREAT their service is. I see other bad reviews but I think they are posting under the incorrect location. Everytime I order, my food looks amazing and is literally steaming from being so fresh. The employees are very polite. I’m super happy everytime I order from this specific location. I don’t know who the manager is, but they are killin it."

"HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!!! I wish I would have read the comments before ordering. 1. BBQ sauce was dumped in the middle of the wings, leaving many of the wings dry. Wings are also fatty. 2. We order cinnamon bread twist; somebody must have thought it was funny to pour BBQ sauce on those. 3. Virtually no sauce on the pizza, I did NOT order lite sauce. Pizza was really dry. Would've been better off eating a pizza Lunchable. 4. Tried to get the pizza car side, nobody came out. When my wife went in she said there were not thinking of coming out. The employees were arguing about something. 5. I called to complain before I ate. The assistant manager stated they will give us a free order of the two items I complained about (I did not have the pizza at this point). After eating a little, never mind about replacing, I would like a full refund. EAT ELSEWHERE!!!!"
