"Had a ticket to Chicago O'Hara airport so that I could catch a flight to Florida. Got there early and when my bus was supposed to arrive a bus pulled up saying this wasn't our bus that he just passed ours on the freeway. So we waited for ours and half an hour later we're still waiting...finally another passenger pulled up to us and said our bus was canceled. That made us miss our flight and if you have to cancel and it's not 24hrs in advance you don't get a refund. Since I was going to grab my son my return flight was that same night. So, because coach canceled I lost out on $450. Had to come out of pocket another $400 to fly out next week. My entire experience with the coach bus was terrible and I will not rely on it again to get me anywhere!"

"While the bus itself arrived on time, the driver charged $50 more to pay using his terminal. When I pointed out the online price was cheaper, he got really unhelpful. Nowhere on the site did it inform about the price difference. I recall when I used the service in the past, the price was always the same. This was really misleading, and in addition to driver's attitude, left a sour taste about the service."

"I took the bus from the Intermodal station in Milwaukee to O'Hare Airport on January 16, 2024. It was -8 degrees, the bus was late and when it arrived the driver said it wasn't the bus to O'Hare. It turned out it was but she thought it was humorous to keep passengers waiting in the cold."

"On September 11th the Coach Bus that was to take me from Milwaukee Bus terminal at Amtrak to Ohare International Airport broke down somewhere in Kenosha, WI, still 40 miles from my destination with a flight leaving in a few hours. I had to have a family member leave work to make the trek to pick me up and drop me off at the airport. I also paid them cash for gas and for the inconvenience of having to rescue me since Coach had no alternate plan to help the stranded passengers. Numerous other passengers had to put up over $100 to take an Uber to get them there. The bus driver said the bus had been leaking coolant and needed to wait an hour for the engine to cool to replace the coolant. Why was this not checked before the bus was taken on the trip? To date (a month later, and two phone calls to Coach Customer Service) I have not received a refund of the fare I paid. Coach knows good and well it's bus broke down and should have automatically refunded all passengers on that route. Instead there is a round of bureaucracy and hoops and false promises. Heads up Coach Lines, I will not stop until I am refunded the money for a service that left me stranded and put my family members in a difficult situation in order to rescue me. I would absolutely NOT recommend this service for lack of reliability and for integrity should they fail to complete their end of the bargain."
