"Extremely poor communication, lost shipment. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered a $2k grill and Tax Air Freight was used to deliver. They never initiated contact for delivery; they failed to deliver my order twice (even after appointments were made) and they never called to notify me of the issues. After the "2nd" delivery attempt, I called their customer service and was told the tracking shows the order in the delivery area, however the pallet the order was never loaded on and they didn't know where it was. Don't waste your time and money. The high reviews for this business are all from employees."

"They hire illiterate drivers that cannot read. They constantly drive thru our residential, 3 ton limit, 25 mph road. They need to learn the rules of the road. Idiot drivers."

"The drivers will leave the pallet at wrong locations, won't answer calls but have the thinnest of skin when you get upset and call them out for their lack of delivery! Big shout out to Tanner from the milwaukee hub office that admitted his driver left the package in the wrong place but decided to add fuel to the fire. Also the customer service reps are entirely unhelpful and will hang up the moment you push back on their lies."

"Not sure what’s going on here, but recently it’s a gamble if I’m going to get my order delivered to my business. If the delivery is scheduled after 3pm it never seems to arrive because “the driver went home early”. Happened twice so far. Maybe they need to hire more people."

"Terrible terrible service. I was having patio furniture delivered. They gave me a 4 hr window. 11-3, at 3 I called and asked when they were going to be there, the dispatcher said 45 min., at 4 when no one showed up I called again. They're back, its to late ,it will have to be tomorrow. NO CALL FROM THEM to tell me So I waited 5 hrs!!! for nothing, so she was going to give me another 4 hr window. No, I wanted to be the first delI very, fine. We'll be there from 8-9. Guess who shows up at 7:15 with no apologies."
