"This company bumped delivery multiple times before actually showing up — unfortunately they showed up outside of the appointment time they scheduled with me (aka our normal business hours). The delivery window, again our normal business hours, was 8 hrs wide on a weekday. I reordered and it shipped out with another carrier arriving without issue a few days later. Customer service was horrendous. They simply refused to accept any responsibility or apologize, it was like dealing with a teenager."
