"Truck "us mail 78" on 2/23/22 was swerving and switching lanes cutting off drivers without using blinkers Infront of the stadium tonight at about 6:50 had to hit my brakes. It seems you either have a bad driver problem or one bad driver that has been making your company look bad."

"I know this might seem like, oh he's just a disgruntled ex employee, but this review is just to help anyone wanting to apply at McRaes US Mail Service. I have worked for 5 mail services across the US in 9 years. Let me say that McReas seems like the most backwards contractor. I was with them for exactly a year. When I started, HR came into the room to explain pay. As he was a few sentences in the interviewer interrupted him to say that I had already hauled mail for almost 9 years. I moved to Milwaukee from Indianapolis where I hauled for 10 Roads. Once I was here I found out the job I bid on with them (10 Roads) at 39 an hour was not available, so I quit 10 Roads. The pay was 26.19 at McRaes plus 1.20 vacation 1.20 holiday, and 5.11 for insurance. That brought the pay to 33.70 which they were trying to convince me was so great. I was hung up on the 26.19 and they kept mentioning that "incentive pay" on top of that claiming that 1.20 for vacation pay and 1.20 for holiday pay were incentives. Those things are NOT incentives. So I recently signed up for health insurance bc I guess HR decided I didn't need insurance when I applied and the insurance I selected was coming out of my regular pay and not my 5.11 an hour health insurance pay. I questioned that and was told the insurance I selected is not covered.. What the heck? Instead the 800 a month goes into 401k and the employee does NOT get a choice on that. With all that said I will end my review saying go drive anywhere else if you want to make money. Yes, i was let go today, but also know just over a month ago they called me pleading not to leave them for MMS. CLEARLY they are desperate and do not know what they're doing. The 2 star review is not 1 bc they are flexible as far as scheduling goes. Just know that if you question pay you are fired which is against the law on a federal level."

"This is the type of company who only looks out for people at the top and treats employees as disposable... Which is why they go through so many and pay bottom dollar. They clearly have no interest or investment in employee retention. I don't typically go out of my way to leave bad reviews, especially for companies I haven't worked for, but from how they've treated people I trust, they need to be taken down a peg. Hope they grow to be a company that's more honest, transparent and less selfish."

"One of your trucks turned right into my car traveling on 41 North today before the Greenfield exit. I had to swerve to avoid my 3 year old getting hit by your box truck. Happened at 7:25pm on 7/30. Amateurs are going to end up killing someone or an entire family."
