"Although I have been pleased to receive five star service here in the past from other employees, I am trying to be fair by balancing those experiences with the zero star service I received from the tall older man who assisted me today. I was shipping a parcel with expensive contents and was just trying to watch to see that the shipping label and packing list were attached to the Box. He literally dismissed me. Twice. The reason I was trying to make sure was because I have had several issues Amazon returns from this UPS location. Also, the door at this location is a pull door instead of a push which makes it difficult when you are struggling to get into the facility with a box or boxes in your hands. I will be doing the majority of my Amazon returns at Kohl's as a result of the experience with this rude man today."

"I used this UPS store to ship my wedding ring for resizing. The package was delivered to the wrong location and the store manager refused to advocate for me to get a refund. She claimed that because the address I gave was “incorrect” (which I still think it wasn’t) that it was my fault, despite UPS delivering to a completely different address. UPS googled the person I was delivering to’s name and found someone else with the same name and delivered to that person instead. How that is MY fault is beyond me. The misdelivery wasn’t this store’s fault, but the gaslighting the manager did was. The only reason I gave this store two stars is because the worker who originally was helping me did a great job and tried her best within her means. The manager could have tried harder to get me a refund and refused to, and blamed me."

"I highly recommended this place to mail out your packages, and returns etc. The service is amazing, hard working staffs, very friendly, and nice. Awesome services, fast and quickly! Robin and Tiffany is very helpful and I had a great experience with them both! The location is neat, and clean always!"

"NEW LOCATION! I went to the place I had been before and pulled in to yellow tape, work trucks and equipment noise. Luckily a sign for the new location was posted. It is only a couple miles away and a much more convenient location for going in and out. The people there were very helpful, patient, and understanding of my first Amazon return of 9 similar items."
