"One thing I will say is STOP RUNNING UP THE METER.. you don't have to take all these short cuts an around the city to take me home.. it was ridiculous.. all this person had to do was go straight down west mason to downtown coming from Walmart instead this person decided to take the long way further from my destination this ride turned in to a $30 ride with the "courtesy" of knocking of $3 bucks smh..Never again I should of had called a Lyft in the first place I pay more than half that price"

"One of their taxi drivers came to an elementary school to pick up a child. They almost hit two cars by forcing their way in to the left lane before going to the right where parking spots are to try and cut everyone off so they can turn left. The line wasn't even long so there was no reason why the driver did what he did. He could have waited for the cars to pass before merging into the left lane. Seeing the way the driver acted, I will never trust this service to drive my kids home."

"Used this company to get a ride on numerous occasions for hospital related drives. Aside from cabs being hot, odor filled (Smokey despite non smoking signs) and a little unclean the drivers were polite. They charge an arm and a leg (20 dollars) to go 3 minutes down the street. With gas prices the way the are that might be understandable but not for a 3 minute drive. Recently had an emergency where I needed to get to the hospital and realized I needed faster assistance than I planned, so had to leave before they arrived. On way home from hospital they refused to pick up even though it was an emergency and I used their services multiple times before with no issues (also probably paid enough with those other rides to well cover the cost of 1 missed pickup). For the price charged and lack of compassion I will no longer ride with them, will go elsewhere."

"Though you find many reviews about rude driver or delayed service, my experience was quite okay. Driver was nice and reached to pick me up on time. I gave one star less just because I have to book my ride twice , first time when I advance book it 3 days early, details were not saved at all. So one word of friendly reminder, call twice to ensure your booking is still on their list. This might be costly compare to Uber but when you travelling with luggage i bet this is far better option."
