"Rude driver, called to see why my family member had to wait almost 2 hours to be picked up and was told roads were bad when they were not, and then was mocked by the driver, and then he hung up. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful organization."

"Worst Transportation Service in Wisconsin, maybe the country. They have left my mom stranded on more than one occasion. They have made her late to appointments. They instructed drivers not to pick her up, they ignore calls. The owner is an unprofessional, will curse you out . If you care at all about your loved ones, don't send them here. If you're desperate, pay for an uber. If your social worker connects you to them, find a better social worker. This is the bottom of the barrel, sewage level transportation. They literally told drivers not to pick up my mom. if i could give them no stars i would. 0/100"

"This is a shady business and all should be aware that they may be riding in a vehicle that is NOT INSURED. Look up the cases against them in the records of Milwaukee County. The driver of this transportation van struck my car while driving on I-94 and subsequently received a citation. The driver claimed that the owner of the company has insurance through Allstate but he didn't have a copy of the insurance card in the vehicle. The owner of the company will not return calls and Allstate has no record of this company having an active policy."

"The African man who is the owner is very rude and disrespectful. He took my disabled sister to her doctor's appointment late and made her miss her appointment and then refused to go back and pick her up after she called him back to let him know she was done. He kept hanging the phone up on her. He later went on to stop answering calls from her number. She called him from a different number and he picked up right away. He told her to call a different company for to provide transportation for her appointments. I would not recommend anyone for his service! He holds a contract with Community Care and it should be removed!"
