"I visited today to replace my reduced fare wisgo That I lost the previous day I had previously called to see If by chance someone had turned it in No such luck but the lady arranged for a new one for me to pick up When I arrived the lady at the first set of windows helped me They had my new wisgo card waiting along with a new lanyard for it She also assisted me in putting some more funds onto my card balance It was a very positive and wonderful experience from the phone call to picking up my new pass Everyone was very helpful"
