"I've used Jeff's services twice now. He is quite possibility the nicest guy you’ll ever meet, and supremely knowledgeable. He has an amazing setup there with all the right tools and that is very organized. Once, I made a mistake on my Czech-made tool on a misguided attempt to upgrade the piece. After several hours trying to fix it myself, I asked and searched around, and to my delight, found Paragon which just happens to be very close to me. I contacted him, and Jeff responded immediately. He was able identity and fix my issue promptly. That just shows all the years of experience and knowledge he has developed. He’s a walking dictionary and knew every answer to any question I had without even thinking. There’s no one else I’m going to go now if I have an issue with any of my “tools.” He took care of the bugs of three of my go-bang tools with the upmost care and showed me his entire process.
