"We found Premier Appliace searching for GE Monogram appliance repair specialists. We called them, they were extremely responsive, they were able to make a quick appointment, and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue but did not pressure us to make the repair immediately bc we wanted to wait and see how our fridge would behave in the subsequent days. When the symptoms seemed to normalize, we noticed a completely different issue, which was a water tank leak, and they were very accommodating to change the work order and repair the more imminent repair, advising us to make the larger repair when symptoms reappeared. Again, quick turnaround, fast ordering of parts, very honest communication. Would absolutely use them again. They know their stuff."
