"Receptionist "Lulu" was very rude and I called and canceled my husband appointment two weeks ago and still received a follow-up appointment. I called back this morning and speak to Lulu and she was very rude, talking to me with attitude and not hearing to what I am saying."

"Very disrespectful and lacks any type of professionalism. First, his demeanor reflects somebody who doesn’t need your business nor cares. Secondly, speaks poorly of his patients with no disregard to patients feelings. Highly do not recommend."

"I was once a patient of the office of Dr. Mendoza. I say the office of because during the more than 4 years as a patient I never ever actually saw Dr. Mendoza, I was always seen by a P.A. I was always happy with the treatment I received from from the P.A.'s so I never complained. Over the years, I was told I couldn't see a P.A. anymore until I saw Dr. Mendoza, but that request always seemed to pass and I continued to see a P.A. Finally after all these years, I was told I could no longer to see a P.A. and I had to see Dr. Mendoza's, but his next available appointment was in two months. If it weren't for the fact, I was super sick I would of waited, but I secured a new doctor who I quite happy with now."

"The office use to be great, but I called to get in and because I have not been in a year they won't see me ever!! I need to find a new doctor! ! I have been at his office for 25 years and this is the treatment I get!! So much for a caring man!! And staying well!!"

"I am a care provider and one of my clients had Dr. Mendoza as their primary care provider. The first visit we had with him, he was what my client says verbally abusive towards me. . The time that the doctor gave to my client to hear her concerns was only a few minutes. Most of his time was spent dictating into his laptop. Thier are other patients other then my client who have serious and complicated health problems. Dr. Mendoza seems to lack a depth of ability to handle such patients. Unfortunately, his egotism is reflected onto his patients. A good doctor does not have to be humorous. A patient needs a doctor who is interested, pleasant, tenacious and comfortable in his own skin. And is willing to apply all his knowledge and experience to the well being of his patient."
