"I am extremely disappointed with the experience my husband and I had at this dental office (Everly Dental). Prior to scheduling the appointment, we made sure to communicate our specific needs and concerns to the scheduler in the office. We emphasized that my husband was experiencing a toothache and required treatment from the dentist. Additionally, we provided images from previous dental visits and clarified that we understood there would be no copay for the initial visit as new patients, based on our Delta Dental policy and coverage. Despite our thorough communication and understanding, our visit quickly turned sour. After driving an hour to the office, we were subjected to a disorganized and frustrating experience. Upon arrival, the office staff confirmed our information and began the examination with my husband while I filled out forms in another room. However, I soon discovered that they were retaking images we had already provided, which led to confusion and wasted time. When questioned about the need for duplicate images, we were informed that the office policy required all new patients to undergo both x-ray and 3D imaging, which our insurance apparently wouldn't cover the 3D imaging. When we refused the unnecessary procedure, we were threatened with a cancellation fee. This coercive tactic was completely unacceptable, especially considering our lengthy history of dental care without such demands. Despite our objections and attempts to reason with them, including questioning the necessity of 3D imaging for routine examinations and treatments, we were met with dismissiveness from the owner, Jerry Yu. Without providing any valid reasons for their practices, Mr. Yu abruptly ended our appointment, leaving us feeling disrespected and disregarded. He stated that this is his business approach. If you are unwilling to accept it, you are free to leave. Our time and concerns were clearly undervalued by this dental office. Their lack of transparency and respect for patients' needs and time is deeply concerning. We feel compelled to share our negative experience with others to prevent them from enduring similar frustrations and disappointments. This establishment's practices are not only inconvenient and unprofessional but also indicative of a blatant disregard for patient well-being and satisfaction."
"Honestly I’ve been going with them for the past 8 years! Customer service on point nicest people there. When you get taken to get your services done they talk to you and ask you how you are doing, treat you like family. They give you advice when it comes to taking care of your teeth, gums etc. If you need a place to get your dental services, then this is the place you need to go to!"

"I used to like this practice when Dr. Quellet was there. But now the front office staff was rude. They cancelled on me last minute 3 times. Even one time I showed up and cancelled on me. Then had the nerve to try to blame me. I wrote the dentist. Who did not respond. Try to care more about the patient experience and consider that you can not cancel on patients last minute especially 3 times. Maybe because I am not a big paying patient. And i saw your response. You would say something untrue like that not surprised"
