"I write this review well knowing that Aaron, the CEO will have some swift and condescending response, as he always has to have the last word. Either way, I feel it's important for folks to understand that this business owner is rude, patronizing, and extremely unprofessional. Be careful and make sure you READ their terms of service and cancelation policy before booking with them. Even if you cancel weeks or even months in advance, they will keep a portion of your deposit. I'm not even sure why there is an initial charge that far in advance. Most companies keep your card on file and only process payment on the day of the service or if you cancel after their strict 48-hour cancelation policy. Nope, this place charges your deposit upfront and then keeps your money claiming "transaction fees" which shouldn't even be there in the first place! However, none of this is my qualm, he can keep my transaction fees. This is a matter of outright disrespect. He personally attacked me and was instigating and snarky. He accused me of "trolling" when I was simply asking questions re: my refund, told me to “get a life,” and made critical accusations about my character. He acted like a petulant child with the need to "show me" and get the last word in, doubling down on his abusive responses. If he can treat a potential client like this, imagine how he treats your pets! Absolutely ZERO concern about being professional, accommodating, or civil. And finally, the reason I canceled the appt (over three weeks in advance and only an hour after making the appt) was because I did some research and found that there is no evidence this type of non-anesthetic procedure is good for your animals and can actually cause MORE harm. Do your research, there are plenty of other affordable pet dental establishments in San Diego that don't treat clients (or potential clients) with such outright disrespect."

"So happy I found this place!!! Their pricing is so affordable, my dog is 10lbs and I was previously quoted $800 for a cleaning with anesthesia. Since he’s so small I was worried about him being put under. I’m so thankful for this place. They did absolutely amazing. My dogs teeth look so good and his breath is so much better.
