"Maintenance service from a prepaid 6-month-after maintenance contract done this way: The technician Dan checked the unit; and in about 20 minutes, he said all was good, BUT he did NOT switch OFF & ON the unit to let me witness and confirm the unit was running well BEFORE HE LEFT. I departed from home shortly after Dan left to go away for the weekend. I returned Monday to find a very cold house, HEATER DEAD. I called the company to check the unit out. The technician said a wire to the door was severed and he fixed it in 5-10 minutes. WHO OPENED AND CLOSED THE DOOR? ONLY HIM. DESPITE my one call and two email requests after, efforts made to have them be accountable for the mishap, NOT CHARGE ME, Kelly insisted I must be billed and still billed me for the diagnostic charge of $94.00. NOT FAIR. I DO NOT DESERVE THE BILLING OF A MALFUNCTION I DID NOT CAUSE TO HAPPEN."
