"I went for a basic oil change. After a day or so I noticed leaking oil on my garage floor. I took the car back to have them look at it. Apparently, the filter was not correctly put on causing the leakage. They apparently fixed it. I wanted to talk to a manager but I was told they didn’t have one at the time and would not give me an owner contact as I was very displeased with the service and oil stains in my garage. After paying $100 to have my garage cleaned, the problem happened again after they supposedly fixed it. I honestly think they didn’t even change the broken filter. They just tightened it and called it a day. Now I have even more oil stains on my garage floor. I would not suggest this place as their workers are not very competent in their work or stand by their work as they did nothing to make up for the damage. Very poor service and I would be wary of going here for the time being. Maybe when they hire a manager (as I was told they don’t have one) things will improve. UPDATE: I have emailed (2 times) the email provided and have not had any response in the last few days. I greatly appreciate the quick responses on the reviews, however, actually talking to you will be nice as the problem is not fixed. I will be calling later today."
