"Great experience at Pacific Coast this week. My 17 year old took his first car, a 2008 F150, in to get a laundry list of issues checked out. We needed somewhere local due to his school and work and him having learned that time is money. We knew Pacific Coast was an Auto body shop and the trucks issues were small but decided to check them out. Mark, Dakota and crew went above and beyond. They fixed the issues they could (door lock not working, unstable turn signal arm, etc) and spent time with my son on each issue. They stepped through what was going on, what was involved in fixing and gave him the guidance on how/where to get the other issues fixed. Great experience for my son and for me letting him handle it on his own"
