"CK was a very straight forward guy. He quickly responded to my messages and came over to take a look. Price is not the lowest but competitive and he really worked hard on our old 70 yr old house sewer which I don't know if it's ever been cleaned. Thank you so much! Update : Also had Tai replace the PRV. Pressure around the house is now excellent! Price for snaking the sink was $185 Price for PRV replacement was $550"
