"I had my entire tile roof replaced. Action Roofing was reliable and as compared to many contractors in Santa Barbara, they showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. The workers were friendly and diligent, cleaning up any nails etc every day to avoid them ending up in our car tires. They even assisted my wife carrying a heavy box to her car. My repairs included fixing termite damage and they were really great about sending photos of what needed to be done, and coordinated such that I was able to get fascia boards painted prior to placement, which saved me trying to find a painter willing to do such a small job at another time. I want to call special attention to the foreman Octavio Iventura. He was responsive, returned calls and texts promptly and was an absolute gentleman in every interaction. I cannot praise him enough."
