"They sold me a defect product that shorted my tree lights which could have caused a fire. They said they would replace the lights but lied. I went to the BBB and filed a complaint which is public record. They lied and didn't respond at the end. "Great selection, but I've never been here when checkout wasn't slow. Even when there's not a long line, the process and cashiers are just slow. I only come here when there are no other alternatives. Edit, a return of 9 items in front of me is taking 13 minutes so far and she's not even done."

"I just came from Mesa ar. 2 guys &a young man unloaded(by hand&dolly) my trailer faster than any capstone(with forklifts)I have ever been at. You should be ashamed of yourselves."

"Hobby lobby is my craft Disney. You think, they have. Also the way they display everything and how the team is always ready to help is incredible. Btw they already have fall and even some Christmas. Don’t forget to check the frame department."

"First time visiting the store and I've got to say it's fun to shop here. They have so many unique things here for house decorations, arts, and craft supplies. Parking is plenty. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing the store could improve is maybe adding signs for each aisle to help a guy like me find things."
