"I tell you what, after having lived in 4 states, spanning over a time frame of roughly 16years, having done countless transactions with stores/ businesses of this type due to the type of business I owned for a time, as well as the type I otherwise am conducted in professionally...J. DERY Jewelers is BY FAR AND BEYOND anything I've ever experienced! That is in regards to all aspects. From the first walk in and introductions they treated me like we had been doing business, I mean SERIOUS HIGHLY PROFITABLE BUSINESS, for many years! Always are exceptional with any information sought on a piece or what have you! More over they are eager to teach! Is the first place I've been where a shop owner/employee/staff etc literally brought out his personal high tech diamond microscope ( forgive me if I'm far from it's actual usage being listed ) all just to allow me to have the chance to look at some pieces that were in store in comparison to some others on hand to enlighten me as to what to look for, how to identify a fake or a lab grown vs natural stone and so much more! They even were willing to help me when I was having some immediate untimely family emergencies which created strain financially and they without hiccup were quick to help me with what and how they could to attempt to lighten the burden a hand! These men are absolutely 1 of a kind and I truly DEMAND that if you are seeking a jeweler, look no further then here! I swear you won't be disappointed!! Only wish I had found them so much sooner. Lastly I want to apologize to them personally for me taking so long to have left this review and words of thanks! It's been a while since have been able to go in store but now that I am available to do so I should be in the next coming day or 2 to reinsure my high appreciation on them!! "The owner, Joel Dery, is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. Lots of detailed and personal attention. His staff is also wonderful. His clients always seem to be long, long time returning customers (as I am as well). Quality workmanship, creativity, and great customer service. Very busy! But it's worth the wait. He is a truly custom design shop (though he has plenty of stuff in the cases, too) and his designs are remarkable! Love this place."
