"I was in there first this in the morning and I asked the front if there was someone cutting fabrics , they said ring the bell Well there was no bell to ring out Finally Vanessa come out and had a huge attitude I asked for 4 yards of each fabric and she tossed my fabric around and said this doesn’t have 4 I said I’ll take whatever’s on there please Don’t say another word to me Finally went to check out and asked Jenny If I could use my coupons and she took my phone and said well I guess this works I’ll never go back here again I’d rather drive to Simi then deal with this type of customer service"

"I love this place and I really wanted to shop there today. But there were no shopping carts or baskets available at all! And no one working inside seemed to care about it. Very sad but what could I do? I don't want to have to carry stuff around in my arms!!"

She took the time to explain in detail to me and help me understand the product I was looking for. She went above and beyond today to even walk me to the place where the products were. "It’s been years since I’ve shopped at a JoAnn’s store. There are so many fabric stores around with better prices, but I was pleased to see how much they’ve expanded their inventory. I found quite a few gems in there. I was shopping for a fellow designer, but found some amazing fabrics for myself. They have a great variety of fabrics and trims, and if you are looking to organize your sewing room, the options are plentiful."

"Nice staff and great prices. I bought knitting nails from them and not only it was cheaper than whatever I could find online, but also they had additional discount on them!!! So I almost paid nothing ($2-$3) for my knitting nails! The other thing I like about this store is their staff. They are truly helpful and nice, thanks to them for their great service.
