"I won’t ever shop here. Their return policy sucks. I bought a school bag for my daughter. I get home remove the tags. I give it to her. Within the week I gave it to her, the zipper broke. I try to return the item with a receipt and the clerk tells me it’s used and can’t be return. Yes, it was used and the zipper was faulty. No accountability for selling customers garbage. They don’t honor receipts here and or defective items. Terrible customer service."

"This is the granddaddy of the TJ Maxxes. Bigger. Better. OMG this is 3 times the size of any TJ Maxx that I've ever seen! Let's start with my favorite section...Stationary. Yes, greeting cards, spiral notebooks (Fringe is the BEST), "To do list" pads (I can't live without them), and "Notes" (spiral bound at the top, narrow otherwise). What you need to know about this particular location is that they have 4, yes 4, stationary sections! That includes"clearance"(2 in the middle of the store and 1 by the checkout.) If you love paper stuff as much as I do, this is a BIG reason to come to this particular location! You just cannot beat the cuteness and quality of TJ Maxx stationary products. Ok, it's March, so Easter and Mother's Day are the featured holidays coming up. Here's Easter: Theme of the season is "Gnome Bunny". Yes, your Easter bunny now has a beard. So cute. And...the next holiday that we're all anticipating is Mother's Day. The cards for mom are SPECTACULAR! This TJ Maxx has pop-up, 3-D, Mother's Day cards! So cool. Kinda like a card sculpture in pastels. And then take a look at the home goods section. Ok, wait for it....bird houses that you can actually put OUTSIDE! Some are wood-like, some are ceramic (easy to rinse off, all-weather). These are REAL birdhouse that you can put OUTSIDE! I've never seen anything like it. So this store is a MUST SEE. Best TJ Maxx EVER!"
