"Michael's itself is fine... But what I am HATING is the trend to have self check out. There was 30 people waiting in line and all they did was funnel people to the self check out. Listen Mike, if you want us to come to your stores instead of buying online then you should make the pace feel homey. Online is flat out easier but we come to brick and motar places to touch and feel the products and feel like we can ask people questions. Things you can't do online. What's nice about Michaels is the commonality of people creating. Take out any of the human element of that and you fail. Now granted I don't own a huge corporation but these CEOs have it way wrong.
