"All I can say is WOW,definitely not the Ron Dupratt Ford of old where they were good and actually believed in customer service. Called about getting some work done on my 87 f150 and was told they don't work on that old of vehicle. I mean, really, they don't work on Ford's. They never will have to worry about selling any new vehicles to me or my friends. Too bad the family still isn't in charge, Ron would never have put up with that."

"Literally the worst place if you like simple communication. You can easily test this by trying to call them to make an appointment or check on the status of your vehicle. I hoped they would if tried to improve and make this their New Year’s resolution but nope nothing changed. They are terrible. You will need to call them to check on your car and eventually after 20 minutes they will tell you they either haven’t started it or it needs to stay an additional day. Go to a different service dealer."
