"I didn't get my dishwasher repaired which was the reason I called. Well 1000.00 dollars later I got my garbage disposal replaced and new faucet but no dishwasher fixed. Plus customer service was extremely rude to me almost hostile when I reported a problem. Forget about customer service there horrible."
"I asked a question about an odor coming from my refrigerator. The guy said he's not a technician he only sets appointments. I said okay, and then he hung up. I called back twice and someone is picking up the phone and not saying anything. I said hello, but no answer. I don't know what happened but this place is trash. I don't recommend. They need to get their act together."
"All these good reviews are either paid for or fake. This is not a local Dixon company. They are a 3rd party, thier address is the local gas/liquor store known to be heavily involved in credit card fraud!!!! beware!!!!"
"This is not a local Dixon company. This is a 3rd party service that uses technicians out of different cities. Technician scratched my rosewood floor, left the dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen until he was to get the part he did not inform me that it was still connected. .When i slightly tipped the dishwasher without moving the bottom, it sparked, flames and smoked. After informing the technician I did not want his services, he did not refund any of the money paid. $85 before he came out and a check was given when he was at my home. The referral service contacted the technician and he agreed to refund $163. Rip off and still waiting in the refund. Very unprofessional and misleading."
