"I don’t usually post reviews but I have to post my great experience with them. Eric and his team went above and beyond for my car. My car was breaking down bad, I had very little hope for it because it felt like it was just one thing after another but Eric was confident he could get it up and running. And let me tell you when I got it back it felt brand new. He also just did little things that he didn’t have to, like check my tire pressure, top off my fluids, and was overall kind. When I asked questions he made sure to explain them in a way someone who isn’t too knowledgeable about cars would understand. By far the best experience I have ever had at any car service center."

"Oh my goodness, we were on the way to Napa and my car started shaking and the check engine light came on. There were only two Auto shops open on a Sat and Import was one of them. They were SO friendly and helpful and took us right away and got to us asap and we’re very up front about the job that needed to be done and what they could do in the time frame that we needed.
