"will not return phone calls or emails. have not shown up to provide services in over 5 weeks but continues to send us bills. avoid this company. have attempted to cancel services but can't get ahold of anyone at the company and no one has been to our house in over a month. find a different pool service and avoid this company"
"Honestly this company has fallen off the face of earth with their work ethic and quality. Too many issues to list. Pool is green during summer, thanks for giving me 2 days out of the whole summer where the pool was somewhat blue. They’ve broken equipment, loosely secured my filters and then tried to charge me for a new gasket to fix the leaking, when it took me 2 minutes to go rehouse it correctly and tighten to stop the leaking. They don’t answer calls. So good luck canceling your service. Avoid them at all costs."
"Not happy and highly do NOT RECOMMEND. My wife and I are very upset. Our pool pump went out 2 1/2 weeks ago and we still haven’t got it installed. On Sunday he said he could have it installed by Monday same day or Tuesday at the latest. It is Thursday and is still not installed. They hardly every respond to texts and never answer the phone and you can’t ever leave messages because it is full. We will be hiring another pool person after it is installed."
"Asked to have them fix our pool heating. After a year and a half we are still asking and still getting the same BS answer: still waiting for parts. The weekly pool cleaning is poor. We have the most expensive package so we don’t have to worry about the pool, but there is usually debris at the bottom of the pool and algae often grows in the pool. They spend about two minutes a week cleaning our pool and don’t clean out the pool vacuum like i was told they would do. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want hassle-free pool cleaning. Update: after weeks of calls and text messages, I have not been able to get a hold of the company. I also sent an email and a message through their website. If I get billed for services next month, I will have to report this as a fraudulent charge. Its really unfortunate that this company has resorted to ignoring all their customers."
"Hi Kevin, Unfortunately I have to resolve to yet again another review since you don't respond to any of my emails or text. I NO LONGER want your services and already hired another pool service who knows and values customer service! After I have already sent you an email to stop service the beginning of July and you have never yet never responded, then you came to service my home this week after we fired you. This is now trespassing on my property!! We are no longer a customer of yours and I will not be paying my invoice for the month of July service. In my correspondence I stopped my service at the beginning of the month. If you read your emails and actually give a care about your business you would respond to see why I quit your service and reach out how you can salvage our business relationship, but all I got was radio silence. This is disappointing especially since I have been a customer for a couple of years! With that said, you are more than welcome to take me to small claims court if you want to proceed with payment for the month of July for I will not be paying for it."
