"I can't recommend this company enough. They were so professional, so efficient & had incredible workmanship. Their crews all showed up on time, worked long days & modeled the same professionalism as the pool company itself. From demo day to water in our pool was 8 weeks (including some weather delays in there), including almost 2,000sqft of concrete work and stairs. They held our hands through the entire process, adapting to our last minute change requests and modifications with ease and grace. There were no hidden or extra costs, they stayed within our budget and timeline to a T. They exceeded our expectations and I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone we know looking for a complete yard & pool build."

"I bought a new construction home and wanted to have a lap pool in the backyard. Right after I signed the sales contract with the home builder, I started looking for a pool builder in the area. Wells Pools’ website has very comprehensive information about the pool building process and its high customer ratings convinced me to go with them. Andrew is my pool designer and we started working together right away, several months before my close of escrow. Apparently, Andrew has a lot of expertise in designing pools and he designed my pool and backyard patio by incorporating some unique styles and elements on top of my desired feature list. Wells Pools started my pool construction in the 1st week of August and my sparkling pool is up and running in the 1st week of October, just as planned. Despite the extreme summer heat, there was no delays and all construction phases went smoothly without any surprise. Andrew managed the scheduling and coordination with subcontractors effectively and has always been easy to communicate with. The construction crew, including all subcontractors are professional, hardworking and have delivered good quality work. It was such an exciting experience to have a new pool built from conception to fruition. I’m glad I chose Wells Pools and I can’t say enough how much I love my new pool and backyard."

"Professional and great service from conception through construction. The process started very easily with a site visit, preliminary sketch of what I would like with helpful suggestions. During the quote process and material selection, they were patient and explained thoroughly pros and cons of certain materials, add ons, etc. I had a tricky backyard access but they were able to figure it and make it an easy process. During construction, communication was constant which was greatly appreciated. They also offered referrals for some items and services I needed, which I was able to schedule concurrently with the pool construction. Had a tricky issue with a separate sub I had hired independently that led to some issues. Wells Pools was beyond professional in this situation, and came up with creative solutions that worked well with what I wanted. Only issue I had was that there are more cracks in the concrete decking than I had hoped for in new construction. The cracks are very narrow and only along the pool decking. I’m addition to the pool I had a size-able amount of concrete, for a patio, walkways, and stairs. All of it looks good. No cracks. Construction crews kept the project site clean, were efficient, and obviously were very knowledgeable and experienced. The saltwater pool has been in since March and it is now end of August. I’ve noticed no leaks, equipment is functioning very well, and it has made my backyard 1000 times more enjoyable and allows us to actually use it in these hot months. Highly recommend this company. Andrew was our leader from start to finish, please do request to work with him and you will be well taken care of. "Wells Pools did a fantastic job designing and building our pool. We wanted a lap pool and Andrew designed a 60’ pool with spa that fit in our backyard perfectly. The design process was easy, but construction was a little bit of a challenge with the wet winter we had. However, every break in the weather they were out there working on the pool and it was completed much faster than anyone else in the neighborhood. They also kept a clean job site, and provided a porta potty for their workers. Something that was very appreciated. Brian and his team did our tile and block work, turned out great. Chris and Sebastian did all of the plumbing and electrical and were great to work with. Dave and Carlos kept their eyes on the project to make sure it was moving and addressed all of my concerns. The pool is awesome, we could not be happier."
