"They replateres our pool in February 2018. So many spider cracks in the plaster it is pitiful. I. The last three years there has been a discoloration in the platform and the steps. The color has deteriorated to an in except able level. Chief states the spider cracking is expected. At the edge of the pool, they chiseled out the old plaster and left a very sharp edges all around the pool. I would not hire this company to resurface any pools that I have in the future. The owner stated in the fine print that spider cracking is acceptable. Absolutely pathetic as far as I’m concerned."

"From the demo, to the tile and plastering the Chief plastering staff worked to finish our pool to perfection. They were always on time, they were always polite, they were always appreciative and respectful and if you have any requests they honored them and did a super fabulous job. I couldn't be happier with choosing this company to do this hard of a job so well."

"I just had my pool built. They came to do the plaster work. When job was completed I noticed they got plaster all over the cement coping and plaster rain up the grout line of the tile at the water level. When they came out to look at it the said “that’s the way it goes. Been doing this for 30 years” They finally cleaned the grout after a little pushback. Their idea of cleaning was to chisel the plaster and grout into the pool. I have been cleaning the debris out of the filters for weeks. Coping is destroyed from their sloppy work. I also spent 3hrs cleaning spilled plaster out of my front yard. Horrible work. I’m terrified of what’s in store for me in the future with this plaster. Do not let them work on your dream."

"These guys are horrible!!! I plastered my pool with them two summers ago and the pool is cracking and turning white. Gene the owner on a couple occasions told me he would fix it and has yet to come through. He won't return calls or emails, nothing. Please do your research when looking in to this service. He was a recommendation from my pool maintenance guy and I regret it every time I look at my pool."

"Gene the owner and his son Gene Junior were excellent to work with. The communication was very good and the work was done on time as promised. We had our pool refinished with pebble sheen and from start to finish the job took a week. I was very happy with the results, the pool is beautiful. I waited about six months to complete this review to make sure there was no problems with the pool. The surface looks great and I’ve had many compliments. I highly recommend this company."
