"RUDE RUDE RUDE AND MISS MARKED ITEMS I personally don’t like to write bad reviews but I can’t support anyone spelling they’re hard earned money in a business that is so poorly ran in blatantly disrespectful to customers I have been in the store a total of three times each time in hopes of my experience would be a little bit better . Understanding that sometimes people are just not having a good day even though that should not reflect on the type of customer service one receives. At first, it was just me, but I realized upon watching the interaction with other customers that they don’t want people of color shopping there there I said it ! The first time I went into the store, I was following around and hovered over. I asked the price of a string of beads, and the answer was those are very expensive. They were $36 I spend more then that one a tube of lipgloss My second time in the store I was asked if I sellers permit which I do, however, I did not bring it with me that day, as I wasn’t planning on going in there in the I was been told if I didn’t have a solid permit I would have to pay full price… well that’s expected and that wasn’t what I was asking so I don’t understand what was the purpose of that statement being made as if I can’t afford to seven dollars string of beads My third and final time was the absolute last straw I was in there shopping as I had a large order to make that day There was also another woman of color in there, who just so happen to be a very famous jewelry designer, but the people behind the counter clearly did not know that I overheard them tell the woman she could leave the basket she was using to put the beach. She was going to purchasing up at the front counter but she didn’t have to walk around the store The woman politely said I’m carrying the basket because the items in here I plan on buying I want to look around and I don’t wanna have my hands full I looked up at the woman behind the counter, who made the statement because I was shocked and confused as to why you ask someone who is Chloe shopping with the intention of purchase to leave the basket they are holding at the front counter I think notice the Hispanic gentleman walk on who they were way to happy to great polity and ask of there was anything he was looking for they could help him find . He graciously think them and said I just walked in the store."
"I never have a problem here, they are strict with their rules but with great reason. They are pricy so I only go for things I absolutely need from them and they do wholesale so that’s the plus. They have a clearance section for crystal beads and I have been using them for 4 years with no complaints about the quality of anything. They do NOT open at 9, 9:30 or 10. That’s the downside the hours aren’t clear so I came down here wasted quarters on the meter for it to not be open."
"DO NOT GO HERE. GO NEXT DOOR. they're practically stealing from people in broad daylight. they are selling the same strand of beads that the show next door is for 4 times the price. (one strand here was $6.50 while the same item was $1.50 next door). this place is so incredibly overpriced and i am begging you to go somewhere else if you are planning on buying beads in LA. unfriendly customer service on top of that as well. i needed help taking a strand of beads off of a bunch tied by a rubber band and the woman behind the counter offered no assistance when i asked for help. while they might have many eye catching selections, be cautious before buying because the surrounding stores will probably have the same exact item for a fraction of the price."
"Was in here buying some beads for a project I had and they said I couldn’t touch anything until I was ready to buy them they would give some gloves i said okay and walked around but the man that was behind the counter started fallowing us so I decided to cut my visit short and told him I was ready to buy that I wanted some gloves he said rudely that I still couldn’t touch them even with the gloves on. So that’s when I decided to give him a dose of rudeness back and told him that he needed to give me the gloves and I was going to touch whatever I wanted cause I needed to compare beads and see if the colors look good together. He gave me my gloves then started to fallowing again and try to pull strands for me. It was just a ploy to keep a eye on me. I then told him i didn’t want his help and if I needed anything I would ask he employees he then left in a huff but its sad that I have to be rude to get some space and be allowed to look at my pace. I know that there are people that would steal but if you work in sales you learn to spot them but that’s still not right to treat people rudely. So after I went to purchase the beads I had chosen myself he was still rude as ever so it was back to being just as rude as he was . Overall this place really needs some Human Resources classes on how to handle customers. Would I shop there again yes cause the beads are what I need not the human interaction, would I be friendly no just be rude going in and coming out because I guess it’s the only language they understand unfortunately."
"We waited for them to open for 30mins. The owners were late and then when they opened up they said they open at 10am instead of the advertised 9am. Customer service is bad and because of the cheep packaging they charge more for their beads. Not worth the trip. They also make you not only wear a mask to get in but you have to wear gloves too. Such rude people. In this picture they are open and have an open sign out but are not letting people in. Seems like they do what ever they want and do not care for customers"
