"I had reached out to Brandon several times last year to address an issue with my pool sweep. I’d answer his questions but there was no follow up or resolution. In addition there were sporadic weeks of no service but after Nov 1st he stopped coming at all. I would not recommend him to anyone."
"Brandon, BTM pool , doubled his monthly service charge and after I paid a month in advance he went MIA no longer showing up. He failed to respond to texts inquiring into his obligations for paid services and hid behind his front door after BBB was contacted on his fraudulent actions. Let’s hope his kids have other role models to rely on in becoming responsible adults in life."
"Fired all of his employees and he didnt even notify his customers. Won't return phone calls. Employee told owner on several occasions there was a problem with my pump owner never notified us then it caused major damage because it wasn't taken care of employees were not allowed to speak with customers about concerns only owner allowed. Very very poor communication I wouldn't recommend this company what's so ever"
