"PROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY AROUND! I contacted Eastlake Pool Service when our pool had gotten way out of hand (green with living bugs) and our previous pool company failed to return my calls. My late afternoon call was answered promptly and courteously; I explained the problem and was given some ideas about what could be needed, we made and appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived promptly, well groomed and examined the pool and equipment then made his prognosis and explained how to remedy the problem. The technician treated the pool and the pool was looking great in less than an hour. I followed the instructions given to me and was told to expect a follow up in 4 days. Based on the customer service I received from this company, the ability to correctly address the problem, and the manner in which it was done I give this company 5 out of 5! Thank you Rob!
